HOTTER THAN HOT CHICKEN WINGS

 3 lbs chicken wings
 2 whole Serrano chili peppers
 4 whole Jalapeño peppers
 1 red bell pepper
 0.25 cup chipotle extra-virgin olive oil
 1 small bottle of hot sauce
 4 tbsp cayenne pepper
 1 cup Sriracha hot pepper sauce
 1 tbsp each, salt and ground pepper
 0.50 cup white balsamic vinegar
 1 bottle of beer

Puree all ingredients (except wings) in blender, being very careful with hot peppers. Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour mixture over them, marinate overnight.

Heat Dutch oven with fry oil to 350 degrees.

Gently place wings in hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile place leftover marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. After the sauce is heated through, put in a large bowl, add wings and toss to coat
