Party Steak with Grilled Scallion Salsa Verde
We don’t create recipes solely because they look good but, if that happens to be a result of making something that tastes equally mind blowing, as is the case with this cauliflower, we’re all for it. We’ve taken a whole head and roasted it until it becomes caramelized and slightly nutty (i.e. completely irresistible). We’re just going to say it: Vegetables with this much personality deserve center-of-plate treatment.
A side dish that’s equally good with a crusty steak, broiled fish, or seared lamb chops.
Baked eggs are great for brunch, and this version is no exception. But with a salad of leafy greens, it’s also hearty and satisfying enough to double as dinner.
MARINATED EGGPLANT WITH CAPERS AND MINT
GREEK PIZZA
If we didn’t tell you this pasta was gluten-free, would you guess? Probably not. But even if you did, you wouldn’t care thanks to the crunchy and creamy additions of pistachios and ricotta. Oh, and beets! Seek out Andean Dream gluten-free shells or Rusticello d abruzzo—they’re our favorite brand by far—and then get cooking. There’s enough good stuff going on in this recipe, you’ll completely forget that it’s missing anything at all.
Roasting garlic scapes with tomatoes and red onion sweetens them and enriches their flavor; toss them with pasta, lemon juice, and arugula for a simple summer meal.
FARRO SPAGHETTI WITH MUSHROOMS AND HAZELNUTS
When tomatoes are in season, this is one of our very favorite ways to use them.
