PARMESAN BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

 1 garlic clove
 0.50 tsp salt
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
 3 tbsp minced fresh basil
 0.50 oz parmesan cheese, finely grated (1/4 cup)
 0.25 tsp black pepper
 0.50 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Mince garlic and mash to a paste with 1/4 tsp. salt, then whisk together with vinegar, lemon juice, basil, parmesan, remaining 1/4 tsp. salt, and pepper.

Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until well blended.
