Augusta’s Anitpasto is an old family recipe made by Diana and Daughters in Wisconsin. It is a wonderful mix of tomato puree, cauliflower, green pepper, olives, artichokes, carrots and tuna with olive oil, vinegar and other spices and seasonings. Use it as a topping for bruschetta, a sauce for pasta, a salsa for cooked chicken, fish or sausage or as an appetizer all on its own with crackers. It’s a party just waiting in the 12oz. jar!
