1 tbsp strawberry balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp blood orange extra-virgin olive oil
0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
2 avocados, diced
1 pinch sea salt

Combine tomatoes, onion, vinegar, oil and parsley or cilantro in a bowl and toss. Add avocado and toss gently. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
