SAUTÉED RAVIOLI #2

 12 oz fresh ravioli
 3 tbsp good quality extra-virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp butter
 Your favorite pasta sauce or pesto for coating or dipping

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat Olive Oil. When oil is hot, add butter till melted. Add ravioli; cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

Top or dip with your favorite sauce or pesto, or drizzle with Olive Oil.
