  • 8 oz Orzo pasta
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and ground pepper


  1. Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Stir in olive oil, vinegar, red onion, tomatoes and basil and toss to combine. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
