ORANGE OLIVE OIL CAKE

 2 Eggs
 0.75 cup The Olives Cellar's Blood Orange Olive Oil
 1.25 cups sugar
 0.75 cup 2% milk
 1 cup & 2Tbsp all purpose flour
 0.25 tsp baking powder
 0.25 tbsp baking soda
 Dash salt
 Powder sugar for dusting

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom of 9 inch pan with olive oil. The Olive Cellar’s Misto Sprayer works perfect.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar. In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add olive oil to batter and stir just until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until tester inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Let sit until cool. Dust powdered sugar over top and serve
