Sauteed Ravioli with Bread Crumbs

  • 12 oz fresh ravioli
  • 3 Tbsp good quality extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lg egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup seasoned fine bread crumbs
  • Your favorite pasta sauce or pesto for coating or dipping


  1. Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Dip each ravioli in egg, then in crumb mixture to coat well on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat Olive Oil
  3. Add ravioli; cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Top or dip with your favorite sauce or pesto, or drizzle with Olive Oil.
