  • 12 oz fresh ravioli
  • 3 Tbsp good quality extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Your favorite pasta sauce or pesto for coating or dipping


  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat Olive Oil. When oil is hot, add butter till melted. Add ravioli; cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  2. Top or dip with your favorite sauce or pesto, or drizzle with Olive Oil.
