Hotter than Hot Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 whole Serrano chili peppers
  • 4 whole JalapeƱo peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chipotle extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 small bottle hot sauce
  • 4 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Sriracha hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp each, salt and ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bottle beer

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients (except wings) in blender, being very careful with hot peppers. Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour mixture over them, marinate overnight.
  2. Heat Dutch oven with fry oil to 350 degrees.
  3. Gently place wings in hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile place leftover marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. After the sauce is heated through, put in a large bowl, add wings and toss to coat
