WALNUT PESTO

 3 cups basil leaves
 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
 3 tbsp walnuts
 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
 0.50 cup walnut oil
 Salt to taste

Puree the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve immediately as a bread dipper or pasta sauce, or cover and refrigerate.
